Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Fees

  • 15 AED return shipping fees

  • No restocking fees

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items and are subject to product availability.

If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email, WhatsApp, or website chat so we can assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
